Hello,
I resolved the problem by uninstalling completely swfdec-mozilla. Now video
works fantastic.

swfdec-mozilla package? I am able to play video on
msnbc.com through firefox 3.0.11 on Ubuntu 9.04 i386 with the
flashplugin-installer package installed.
