Thank you. I tried startx before your email. After a few tries, i got
working my graphical interface and i successful upgraded my system. Now, it
seems, working good.
tty output: dev/pts/0
processor: Intel Celeron 540 1,86 GHz
graphic card: Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100

1) what is the output of the command "tty" ?
2) does the graphical interface start if you give the command "startx" ?
3) which are your processor and your graphic card?
4) if it is possible for you, try to boot using the Karmic alpha live CD, and
