This is invalid, but not for that particular reason.
The packages created from the AMD website are identical to those that
are in the archive. They both are generated from the same source
package intermediary.
This is invalid because the 9250 isn't supported on fglrx anymore.

xserver-xorg-driver-ati is also wrong, it is not in use and when it was,
it was for the free -ati driver. Ubuntu supports the proprietary driver
fglrx through "jockey" (Hardware Drivers in the System menu). Installing
downloaded drivers manually is not supported.
