This happens to me too on jaunty, but only about 5% of the time upon
resume. I also have the same line in daemon.log:

This is interesting in daemon.log:

Attaching messages (nothing significant), auth.log (clearly shows that
the session ends), Xorg.0.log (nothing significant but shows information
about drivers),
I can confirm this bug with Dell e4300.
I had no problems with 8.10, until I upgraded. 64bit.
