How to fix this bug:
- set default value of GConf key /desktop/gnome/sound/default_mixer_tracks to
[Master,Headphone] (it is a string list)
- set default value of GConf key
/apps/panel/applets/mixer_screen0/prefs/active-track to "Master:Headphone"
