Status:
I'm running Lucid at the moment, and the icon seems to have been
changed, and is much higher resolution than before and looks good.
Not sure if the version that this bug was filed against has been fixed
though.

This bug is confirmed.
The icon used seems to be an icon for WebKit, the new HTML engine of Epiphany,
replacing Mozilla. It could be that until the new WebKit version replaces the
old Mozilla version on Ubuntu a different icon is u
