Yes ,it is reproducible with Karmic . I attached a video of the bug :
It starts on the desktop ,then "Ctrl + Alt + L " is pressed to lock the
screen. After that the screensaver is displayed . By clicking it away,
the formular arrives ...

I can't recreate your problem though. Does this happen with multiple
users? How are you logging in normally?
