On 12.04 LTS this man page is shown only in English, no Finnish
localization available. Since Jaunty isn't supported anymore, I'm
setting this as WONTFIX.

Actually I think whole translation is bad. For example finnish
translation of passwd doesn't document switches available to passwd at
all. Just discard this badly translated man page alltogether.
