Ubuntu better. The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it
would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers
of the software by following the instructions at

Easily confirmed on 9.04, tomboy 0.14.0-0ubuntu1. Copied the "Start
Here" note to a new note. Undo does not undo paste, but deletes one
word at a time.
