I have the same problem, both in Firefox and Opera, using an NVidia-
card, and configuring it with TwinView. (2xDVI out)

Same problem here. I want to view YouTube-videos on my TV. I drag the
Firefox-window to the TV, and maximize it, and then click the fullscreen
button. Then the video is shown on the monitor, not the TV, and in the
wrong resolution aswell. With Opera, the video is actually shown on the
TV in fullsc
Also: this problem does not happen with say VLC in fullscreen mode
(default rendering options).
Problem happens with at least Firefox 3.0.11 and Epiphany 2.26.1.

Same with me;
working on a laptop with Intel 945GM with UXA.
In my case the monitors are (logically) vertically stacked.
Also configured the thing with the Display applet.
(Could not attach screenshot - hitting the "Print Screen" key takes me out of
fullscreen mode)

By the way, I configured it as an extended window setup using the System
>> Preferences >> Display program from the menu.
