I figured it out. This is an issue with Moblock. If moblock is closed
without stopping it, these issues occur.

I also just added the 465 and 995 rules in an effort to resolve this
issue. It didn't work.

Hi, can you attach the output of "sudo ufw status" and "sudo iptables
-L" before and after opening Gufw? (ie, when it mail doesn't work, and
when it works).

It's an odd issue :O
Gufw is only a GUI for ufw. I don't undertand this cause :$
Can you try with this new version for Jaunty (only Jaunty!):
