You should not have lib32asound-plugins installed. Luke reverted the changes
to ia32-libs, so now 32-bit libasound2-plugins are shipped in ia32-libs.

This should be fixed, because it is a longstanding bug, and because of
this I can only use Skype with pasuspender, which sucks. I read
somewhere that in Karmic this is fixed already, maybe we can have a
backport?
