Same problem here! I'm also using Kubuntu 9.04 64 bits. It is a plain

The bug persist with kernel version 2.6.28.12 here. My guess is that
those blocked updates show up when the new kernel version is available,
in my case version 2.6.28.13. It looks like something went wrong in
dependency management of kernel packages.
