Fixed with a KDE 4.3/Qt 4.5.2 combo. Looks like KDE isn't too apt to
fix this for KDE 4.2. :(

Sorry, I've misstyped the repo - it's kubuntu-experimental repository, where's
problematic Qt 4.5.1 for RSSNow.
I've had to get back konversation and plasma-widget-network-manager from the
standard repos, too.

It's not solved there. There is ugly workaround for it on arch.
To get rid of that problem by the time when it's going to be fixed I've
disabled kubuntu-ppa repository and reverted Qt from 4.5.1 to 4.5.0 packages
