to remove fesival package
after use espeak tts

stardict-plugin-espeak solves the problem.

I can confirm this bug for karmic (ubuntu), but I can restart stardict
after "quiting" it. All this programinstances are listed in the "A
program is still running" Dialog.

I think this bug may relate to espeak plugin.
I uninstalled the package named "stardict-plugin-espeak" and this bug
disappeared.
Maybe you need to uninstall "stardict-plugin-espeak" until the fix comes
out.
