Trying to extract a suitable example file showing the bug, I checked the (long
existing) SVG code.
The findings from this are:
The formerly perfectly rendered SVG file is now transformed into a 1*2
pixel PNG image by rsvg (version 2.26.0). Using a XML-Schema-Checker
