Per bug instructions, marking against the update-manager package, but I
don't even think this is a bug. It was just an error with with user's
sources.list file.

This isn't fix released because we haven't changed anything in the
current trunk, it's also not a documentation issue so I'm setting it to
invalid - I'm glad your problem is fixed.
