I have just powered on my computer, and it happened again, without
having Transmission open (so yes, definitely not a transmission bug).
I'm sending the output of netdirstat immediately after the issue.
The problem manifests itself very visually: the front green LED
indicating a wireless connecti
I'm sending the output on the attached file.
The PS3 network dropped around 22:30. The attached file was generated at
22:37.

It is likely these that are causing your problem:
May 8 10:36:51 whiteout kernel: [ 9388.546742] possible SYN flooding on
port 58227. Sending cookies.
Could you please post the output of "netstat -ant" when you see the
issue. If there is a lot of output, it would be better off being
attached to
Third log file.
Additional details:
- The PS3 wireless network adapter is the one which shuts down. I haven't
tested with the wired connection yet.
- I have tested two wireless routers: The D-link DIR-300 and the D-link DI-514
with the same result: after a certain period of time the PS3 wireles
Second log file.

This is not a transmission bug. If your network connection is going
down, then that's a NM bug, kernel bug or some other network issue on
the router side. Transmission just triggers the underlying issue for
you, but it is not a bug in transmission.
Please attach your /var/log/kern.log, /var/log/sy
The bug is still present on Transmission 1.60.
