and here I attach screenshot of language selector.
there is disabled language selection and it says that languages is not
installed completely. It's because I removed latvian and russian (unchecked in
language selector). If I install one of them it changes all menus to that
language. And still e

The English language packs are installed by default, so they should be
available in the language selector. Can you please do a screenshot how
it looks for you, and open a Terminal and copy&paste the output of
dpkg -l language-pack* | cat
here? Thank you!
