i attempted to create a flash installer manually by:
installing syslinux on a new fat32 partition on the disk
copying the contents of the iso to the flash disk
moving isolinux to syslinux and isolinux/isolinux.cfg to syslinux/syslinux.cfg
the disk boots fine but again drops me into busybox after s
