my logs shows a suspend time around 1.5s
Since I cannot / do not want to reproduce this bug anymore (I have upgraded to
2.6.30.rc4) I guess you could close the bug, unless somebody else can bring
anything new to this.

The warning you are seeing here really is just that, a warning. It's
likely a duplicate of bug 287453 but unfortunately it seems the line I'd
be intersted in seeing in your logs is just above what is captured in
your OopsText.txt file. It's should be something similar to:
