When changing Display resolution a box appears saying "It appears your graphic
driver does not support the necessary extensions to use this tool, Do you want
to use your vendors tool instead" If I click "yes" and use the NVidia tool to
set 1024x768 it will revert to 1280x1024 at the next reboot.
Fixed the Desktop with no Icons, Just altered the permissions for it.
