here is the results.
firstly 2.6.24 was running ok but the problem was resulted from 2.6.28
kernel. i have tried several things and included your solutions "disabling
the splash screen" and could not find out meaningful solution.

but normally i can not give you a the outputs since i can not boot up with new

- the dmesg output is contained in /var/log/kern.log you can best get it by
mounting the root volume on a live-cd and copying the file from there. You can
also generate the lspci output there.
