Also, in addition to no desktop folder being embedded, I cannot open nautilus through the command line any way. Tried as admin, tried sudo, gksudo, plain user, nothing. Just keeps failing, and the automatic bug info collector can't get info from it for some reason. -- nautilus fails to autostart,
