Actually I removed Compiz but the bug remains...

I am running Kubuntu 9.04.
I am also affected by this bug.
Is the solution also with Compiz? I was not aware it was running with
KDE.

I have a better workaround... And start to doubt that is a Gnome-Do
problem...
Don't set "Focus Prevention Level" to Off, please use Low as before, and
below in the Focus Prevention Match use:
(any) & !(title=Do)
So, in this way you will have the functionally, without the Gnome-Do
problems
