I needed manual loading on 1.2ghz model. After modprobe it worked.
System is HP 2133.

My first comment was incorrect - all processors are C7M-ULV (no C7M-LV was
made) ::

Still - the auto-loading is known to work on the 1.2Ghz C7M-ULV and Mss is
reporting that
it does not auto-load on the 1.6Ghz C7M-ULV.
