Updated debdiff. It's still blocked by bug 376133, but I test a fix and
gpac build correctly with the fixed xmlrpc-c

In Debian, libxmlrpc-c3-dev provide libxmlrpc-c-dev. It not the case on
Ubunut Karmic (the provide was removed). I'll adjust the debdiff.
It's also blocked by bug 376133.
