I upgraded my 2 Ubuntu systems to KDE 4:4.2.95-0ubuntu1~jaunty1~ppa1.
This problem reappeared on one of those systems (but not both). It
comes from those files in my homedir:
-rw-r--r-- 1 bonnaud bonnaud 1466 2009-07-02 22:53 .kde/share/config/gtkrc
-rw-r--r-- 1 bonnaud bonnaud 1500 2009-07-02 22
To reproduce this bug, you will need those packages:
gtk2-engines-qtcurve
kde-style-qtcurve
I purged them from my system, reconfigured KDE's appearance and this bug
disappeared.
