I am also experiencing this problem. I have an ATI x1300, running on
the default drivers for Jaunty Beta and dual monitors. I'm seeing mouse
corruption. Unfortunately when I take a screenshot the mouse corruption
is not captured. It seems as if it's only on certain parts of the
screens. I saw

It happened on resuming from hibernation.
I'm running jaunty beta, have intel 945, compiz and UXA acceleration enabled.
