Hi Jane, Looks like you just have a configuration error. Your xorg.conf is set up to allow a 1280X1792 maximum combined resolution. However, your laptop permits up to 1920x1440 and your external monitor supports up to 1920x1200. I would recommend updating your xorg.conf to the following if you
