Right, so suspend after removing from the dock, then resume and boom.
Seems to happen every time.

I'm moving this to mesa, since it looks like updating to 7.4 fixed this
issue.. I haven't seen it since, when it used to happen every third time
it tried to resume.

well, all I saw was a blinking cursor (nothing worked, not even SysRq-
Alt-b), and then docked the laptop (X61), when the system rebooted

In bug 328440, I see mdz was testing the same bug 328035 as you were.
You both seem to have similar hardware, he's got a Lenovo ThinkPad T61.
Just curious if after the suspend/resume failed, did you happen to see
any of of the general protection faults as he did? Thanks.
