Hello,
I had the same problem with gnome-rdp after upgrading to 9.04. After
deleting the .gnome-rdp.db you can start gnome-rdp. without errors.

There is a history of problems with gnome-rdp being unable to read older
versions of the .gnome-rdp.db SQLite database files due to changes to
the SQLite libraries. Can you back this file up to another location,
delete the file in your home directory and try to restart gnome-rdp
again?
