Turns out it was speed-dial refresh set to 1 minute for a couple of the
windows. Changed it back to 1 day and everything works like a champ.

Anyway, I think its an extension as you have a bunch installed. Disable
them or uninstall them to get a cure. I you still get it even though
everything is disabled, reopen thi
