the same UI theme G.A.N.T. And while all on intrepid (or previous
versions) are working fine, the jaunty install is not.

stored on the mysql server.

Here's the key point. You installed on the same computer that had hardy on
it already. That means your old settings are stored in the mysql table.
You need to install the missing themes then that you had on hardy.
