EUREKA
After much tinkering with the system, I played with Volume Control and
it opened up the Alsa Mixer for my Audigy 2 ZS. I was playing with
sliders and other stuff when I clicked on the other tab for switches
(not playback where all of the slider controls are). There is one entry
on this
