I think that the nepomuk&strigi needs the sesame2 backend. It can be
found from the package: soprano-backend-sesame.

Great, it's working :).
I have already had soprano-backend-sesame package installed, but it didn't
help. After creating link to libjvm.so everythink started to work. Thanks.
