Confirmed for French translations and Firefox 3.0.12
The compatibility dialog and the profile manager are in English.
Steps to reproduce (for other languages) :
- check that upstream (or Launchpad) translation are completed
- check that files inside
/usr/lib/firefox-3.0.12/extensions/langpack...
