The problem is that the URL for our blocklist mirror recently moved, and
apparently the CURL_FOLLOWREDIRECT flag isn't set in the gtk client's
blocklist downloader.
I've added the CURL_FOLLOWREDIRECT flag into svn, but obviously the move
still affects all released clients to date, so I've asked ti
