Thank you. I saw that it was fixed but did not understand the process
for implementing the fix. Now I understand. I am not in a hurry so I
can wait now that I know it is coming.

Ubuntu's policy is to not update packages as soon as they're out, but only when
a critical or security update is needed.
You can ask someone to put it in the backports repository.

gtkpod does not recognise .oga
I am getting the same error from bug report filed in April of 2009. Now
January of 2010. Will this bug fix be assigned?
