I've lost Spanish language since I upgraded from version 0.9.4.1ubuntu3
to version 0.9.4.1ubuntu3.1. Here's my locale:
$ locale

Not a VLC bug. So there's a problem with Ubuntu, the translation file
isn't installed. More info:
