Transmission probably wouldn't be appropriate for using libindicate.
The message indicator applet is designed for displaying messages,
defined as human to human interactive.

This related to #334252, which contains a patch to libtransmission's
existing code that prevents the popups. That code is slated for 1.51,
which will be out soon.
