I have applied this patch to the Ubuntu package and uploaded it. I would
appreciate someone on Jaunty (with big processes >10gb VIRT) to test it
(htop 0.8.1-3ubuntu1) and report any breakages etc.

* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/patches/900-ubuntu-processlist-userland-threads.patch:
- Add patch to fix tree view when userland thread
on a second thought, field width 4 "%4.1fG" is more proper than my
previous one "%3.1fG", so new patch
