The realplayer that is in ubuntu repositories (version 8) is
unmaintained.
Add following repository to /etc/apt/sources.list
deb http://archive.canonical.com/ubuntu/dists/ dapper-commercial main
Update package listing and then install 'realplay'. This will install
Real Player 10.

Same... but the package comes from multiverse component. A solution
would probably be creating a new package especially for ubuntu.
