changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem
may have been fixed
Some info:
This problem is most prominent at the first time closing firefox after
starting my computer. After that the files that it reads/writes seem to be
cached. I would prefetch the files if I know what files they are. Appearently
readahead-watch does not catch them.
