Ok. That is a problem I have seen with some other filters. I will try to
get that issue resolved asap, I currently am not certain what is causing
the issue.

Chris, I tried to export document to MS Office 2003 XML format using
OpenOffice 3.0.1 on Ubuntu 8.10 (installed from http://ppa.launchpad.net
/openoffice-pkgs/ubuntu), but it fails with following error:
Error saving the document : write error. The file could not be
written.

Can you still reproduce this bug on Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid)? I believe
this issue has been corrected sometime since the initial bug filing.
