Oops, sorry. It is the scaling that is creating the artifacts in the
image. I didn't realize they were different sizes until now! Can I
retract?

Your second attachment looks fine on my 64-bit machine. Could it be that
you are looking at a scaled web page? You can reset the zoom level by
pressing ctrl+0.
