It's probably too late to get it into the Jaunty cycle, but could it be considered for Karmic? I've spent a lot of time fighting with tightvnc and vnc4server in Jaunty, and have (tentatively) settled on x11vnc. It's kinda cool how different areas of the distro get attention in various release cyc
