It's probably one of your extensions that is causing this behaviour.
Please try to disable them so that the problem can be narrowed down. If
you don't want to disable them, then there isn't much that anyone can do
for you.

I don’t want to disable the addons because the time of occurrence of this bug
is unpredictable.

try to disable all extensions in tools -> addons ... maybe something
stops ffox from properly shutting down.
have you tried to wait some time? maybe it just takes a bit to sync its
config files and caches on shutdown?
