a while ago and there is no recent duplicate nor user mentioning having
the issue on Karmic. If this is still an issue, don't hesitate to reopen

i was running open office WHILE installing, not afterwards. i have not
tried to reproduce.

Hi Michael,
I installed the msttcorefonts package and ran the OpenOffice Word
Processor, but nothing crashed for me. Can you reproduce this bug, or is
it a one-time fluke kind of thing.
