Using the test in multimedia selector for built in webcam, switched on
cam but did not display image.
Multimedia selector became unresposive on clicking ok.
Camera is not working in Empathy, but is ok in Skype and kdenlive.
Reverting to version 0.5.601~intrepid1 resolved the issue.
I am running
I tested libv4l 0.5.7-1~intrepid1 from intrepid-proposed with cheese
(took a couple of pictures, used effects, recorded a video) and with
camorama which needs a manual LD_PRELOAD and both worked as good as
before.
